WHAT’S POSSIBLE at cove
Cove is designed to be flexible—a warm, thoughtfully designed space that can transform to fit the event you have in mind. From workshops and intimate gatherings to talks, screenings, wellness events, dinners, photo shoots and creative experiences, the space is intentionally kept adaptable so you can make it your own.
We offer discounts on hourly rates starting at 4 hour rentals.
800 sq. ft.
$100/hour
Our 800-square-foot main studio is the heart of Cove, with concrete floors, white brick walls and two walls of windows that fill the room with beautiful natural light during the day. At night, dimmable mood lighting transforms the studio into a warm, intimate setting.
The studio is delivered mostly empty—a blank canvas for you to build and customize your event. It comes furnished with a beautiful six-person sofa, several accent chairs, two desks and desk chairs, and you’re welcome to bring in additional tables, chairs, furniture or décor to create the setup you envision.
We can also provide :
- 8 folding chairs
- 16 floor pillows
- 10 rolling desk chairs
- 13 yoga mats

Noise must be shut off by 9:30 pm

Our Coworking room is a great addition for larger events or events that need a little more breathing room.
Use it as an entrance and welcome area, a place for guests to mingle before entering the main studio, additional seating, a breakout space, or simply an extension of your event. For larger gatherings, adding the Coworking room can make the entire experience feel more spacious and intentional.
Available weeknights after 5pm and on weekends.

With beautiful window light, a large desk and a low Japanese-style Wabi Sabi tea table, it offers a quieter, more intimate room within your event.
Use it as a private meeting or conversation space, green room, client or VIP room, quiet retreat, or simply a convenient place to tuck away extra gear, equipment and supplies so your main event space stays clean and uncluttered.
