Cove is designed to be flexible—a warm, thoughtfully designed space that can transform to fit the event you have in mind. From workshops and intimate gatherings to talks, screenings, wellness events, dinners, photo shoots and creative experiences, the space is intentionally kept adaptable so you can make it your own.
We offer discounts on hourly rates starting at 4 hour rentals.
WHAT’S POSSIBLE at cove

Our 800-square-foot main studio is the heart of Cove, with concrete floors, white brick walls and two walls of windows that fill the room with beautiful natural light during the day. At night, dimmable mood lighting transforms the studio into a warm, intimate setting.
The studio is delivered mostly empty—a blank canvas for you to build and customize your event. It comes furnished with a beautiful six-person sofa, several accent chairs, two desks and desk chairs, and you’re welcome to bring in additional tables, chairs, furniture or décor to create the setup you envision.
We can also provide :

- 16 floor pillows
- 10 rolling desk chairs
- 13 yoga mats

Our Coworking room is a great addition for larger events or events that need a little more breathing room.
Use it as an entrance and welcome area, a place for guests to mingle before entering the main studio, additional seating, a breakout space, or simply an extension of your event. For larger gatherings, adding the Coworking room can make the entire experience feel more spacious and intentional.
Available weeknights after 5pm and on weekends.

With beautiful window light, a large desk and a low Japanese-style Wabi Sabi tea table, it offers a quieter, more intimate room within your event.
Use it as a private meeting or conversation space, green room, client or VIP room, quiet retreat, or simply a convenient place to tuck away extra gear, equipment and supplies so your main event space stays clean and uncluttered.

Your event can run from 8 am - 10 pm as long as music is off by 9:30 pm.

The studio is furnished with a couch that seats 6, 2 accent chairs, 2 wooden desks, and 2 rolling desk chairs. Otherwise the space is meant to be a blank canvas with room for you to design your event as you wish.

Unfortunately we’re only set up to book in hour increments.

We can throw in 30 minutes before and after your start and end time to give you some buffer for loading and unloading.

We do not have parking so please find metered or neighborhood parking in surrounding streets. You may temporarily double park in our parking driveway to unload but please move as soon as you’re done.

The main studio entrance on PCH has 4 steps. If you’re bringing in heavy gear, you can request access to our street-level side door for easier load-in and load-out.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring food or have it delivered.

Yes, we have Jedidiah coffee, artisan teas, and filtered drinking water. However, if you have a large quantity of guests we recommend bringing your own.

Yes, you’re welcome to rearrange furniture but please put everything back as you found it when you’re done.

Yes. Please leave the studio in the same condition you found it. Reset any furniture you move, clean up spills, and take all trash with you (there’s a dumpster in the back alley you can use). If additional cleaning is required after your booking, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.

Yes. The Coworking Room is available weekdays after 5 pm and weekends from 8 am–10 pm for $100/hour. The Private Office is available during the same hours for $40/hour. Both can be added to your booking for extra space, guest overflow, prep, or a quieter private area. Ask us about adding this to your booking.

Absolutely! We have a sonos speaker you can connect to via wifi. We honor a noise curfew by turning music off by 9:30 pm sharp.
